About Me

I am currently working toward my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Illinois Springfield.

Through my clinical training, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse populations. I have the most experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and trauma, and I have also worked alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, and more. I genuinely enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves.

I completed my certification in Autism & Trauma: Neurodiversity-Affirming Care, and I am also working toward completing my EMDR therapy training. My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered and compassion-focused therapy.  I believe in meeting each person where they are and working together toward their goals.
