About Me

I am Machelle Brand, and I am a practicum student obtaining my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. As a practicum student, I work under the supervision of Ashley Morris, LCPC. Ashley ensures that my practice is of the highest care and is ethically sound. I use a holistic approach to explore how daily habits, relationships, and your environment impact your well-being. My training includes knowledge in Person-Centered, Adlerian, Existential, and Psychodynamic theories. I also work with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
