About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I received a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development in 2021 from Lindsey Wilson College. 

I honor the diversity of human experience, respecting differences in gender expression, sexual identity, race, ethnicity, spirituality, and non-traditional relationship structures. 

With compassion, kindness, and respect, I offer my clients a safe space to begin to look inward, ask questions, learn new ways of living, and rediscover themselves.  I am a certified trauma specialist and trained in Brainspotting and Brainpaint with a focus on integrating somatic experience with cognitive approaches.  I work with individuals 16 and older.
